November 1 – Spring 2020 Registration Opens

November 17 – Last day of Fall Ball

Jan 4 (Sat) – Walk in registration @ Cronies, 9am-11am
Jan 5 (Sun) – Early Bird Registration ends; $50 price increase for registration after this date

Jan 5 (Sun)  - Easton Hit Lab Event in 1000 Oaks - 9 AM to 1 PM
Jan 7 (Tue) – Mandatory Coaches Meeting at Willow Elementary at 7PM
Jan 7 (Tue)  – First Umpire training session

Jan 11-12 (Sat/Sun) – Player Assessments at Lupin Elementary (Schedule is HERE)

Jan 15 (Wed) – Manager selection

Jan 13-16 (Mon to Thu) – Make-up Assessments at Lupin at 4PM (All Divisions)

Jan 20-21 (Mon to Tue) – American Drafts

Jan 23 (Thu) – National Draft-A-Palooza at Willow Elementary at 7:30PM
Jan 25 (Sat) - All Parents/Players should receive notification from manager on what team they are on.
Jan 25 (Sat) - Manager's Equipment Pickup at Lupin from 9AM to 11AM

Jan 27 (Mon) – Practices can start
Feb 1 (Sat) to Feb 2 (Sun) - Dick's Sporting Good's Store Event (Discounts)
Feb 2 (Sun) - Superbowl Sunday (most likely no practices)
Feb 9 (Sun) at 10:00 PM - Mandatory Shetland Nat'l/American Coaches Rules and Skills Clinic at the Lupin Shetland Field
Feb 9 (Sun) at 12:30 PM - Mandatory Pinto Nat'l Coaches Rules and Skills Clinic at the Lupin Pinto Field
Feb 19 (Wed) at 7:00PM - Interleague Coaches Meeting at Courtyard Marriott in Thousand Oaks (All Divisions but Shetland Nat'l, Pinto Nat'l and Mustang Nat'l)
Feb 21 (Fri) - Uniforms ready for pickup / Team Sponsorship funds are due

Feb 22 (Sat) – Opening Day Celebration at Lupin Elementary (9AM - HR Derby, Ceremonies - 10AM to 11:30AM)

Feb 22-23 (Sat/Sun) – Scrimmages for all teams with umpires starting Saturday, 12:30PM
Feb 26 (Tues) - Game schedules distributed
Feb 29 (Sat) - First Official Games

March 15 (Sun) at 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Field Volunteer Project of Pavers Installation in Shetland Dugout (POSTPONED)
March 22 (Sun) – Picture Day at Lupin (Schedule is HERE) (POSTPONED)
March 30 (Mon) - Make Up Picture Day at Lupin (POSTPONED)

April 11 (Sat) to April 19 (Sun) – Spring Break - NO GAMES (LVUSD/OPUSD/CVUSD)

May 2 (Sat) - Last Day of Regular Season (All Divisions except Shetland National)
May 3 (Sun) – National All Star Games

May 14 (Thu) - Open House at Lupin Elementary (no games/practices)
May 17 (Sun) - Coach's Home Run Derby at Lupin Pony field (time TBD)
May 4 (Mon) to May 29 - Playoffs (All Divisions except Shetland National)

FALL 2019 SEASON
